PRESIDENT
AND
VICE PRESIDENT
Hello Presidents and VPs! Your responsibility for the club is a huge commitment but you CAN be an efficient leader for your club. Below are specific tasks to the division and a link to useful resources. Your specific duties as a President and VP are attached in the service agreements below.
YOUR TASKS:

ensure your club secretary is sending in MRFs every month

check with club treasurer on membership submissions

attend DCMs and report on what your club has been doing

report back to home club on what was addressed at DCMs
-
send in member recognition submission by the 5th of every month
Hello Secretaries! Your main responsibility for your home club is to provide accurate information in the MRFs (Monthly Report Forms). There forms are to provide the Lieutenant Governor and district understand what your club has been up to. Secretaries are required to turn in these MRFs by the 5th of every month to the Lieutenant Governor. Below are specific tasks to the division as well a link for useful resources. Your specific list of duties are attached in the service agreement below.
SECRETARY
YOUR TASKS:

provide officers and advisors contact information to the Lieutenant Governor

turn in MRFs by the 5th of every month by 6:00PM

provide the newly elected officers contact information to the Lieutenant Governor
TREASURER
Hello Treasurers! Your responsibility is to make sure the club budget is in good standing. Below are specific tasks to the division as well a link for useful resources. Your specific list of duties are attached in the service agreement below.
YOUR TASKS:

ensure your home club turns in membership dues on time

send in fundraising money for UNICEF, PTP, or other preferred charities to the District Office

make sure the club secretary records the club budget and money raised for charities accurately in MRFs
